Mikkel is a musician, holistic health practitioner, and educational guide. She believes in the body’s innate ability to return to vitality and that we are each our own best healer. With formal training as a yoga instructor, ergonomics consultant, functional nutrition counselor, Quantum coach, and craniosacral therapist, she works with a few clients at a time, sometimes hosting them in her therapeutic cottage, Danny’s Place. She believes in the pursuit of truth and expresses this through her music and work with youth.
