Dr. A.j. Morris is back with us today to discuss Ph, particularly the remedial use of baking soda. The physiological Ph of the human body is essential for many processes essential to life. Including oxygen delivery to tissues, correct protein structure, and innumerable bio-chemical reactions that rely on this balance. Your blood Ph has a very tiny range in which it can sit to keep you alive, which is 7.35 to 7.45. Because oral Ph can variably swing throughout the day, it's not great to measure Ph using saliva. It's more reliable to measure urine Ph as a systemic marker. Getting our urinary Ph to 8 has been shown to eradicate several illnesses and a majority of disease states. Being acidic is disease-causing, inviting in more alkalinity will boost health. How can we use baking soda strategically as a remedy?
