Is there a more mesmerizing, penetrating and delightful use of the voice than singing?  Singing heals both the listener, and the singer alike… the simplicity of this stands on its own.But in today's episode, we will explore the extensive science behind the marvelous healing powers of singing... wandering into the realms of the vagus nerve, Chakras, sexuality and personal testimony via our lively conversation with Paulina.

Paulina is a 19 year old singer and songwriter who has marked her place in the Australian Soul-Pop scene, having won a Queensland Music Award in 2022. Paulina combines her musical knowledge with her lyricism to refelct on her innermost feelings and touch on pressing zeightgiest themes whoch often weigh on her mind. She has traveled through Europe, producing her debut EP. Now based in Brisbane, Australia, she is prodcing her second EP.
